Cross Keys

This project was carried out on behalf of Caerphilly County Borough Council and included a full refurbishment to this youth centre including:

  • Laying new weyroc flooring throughout

  • Installing new tongue and groove wall cladding

  • Full re-decoration

  • Mechanical and electrical works 

This Youth Centre suffered a devastating amount of flood damage during the storms in early 2020, therefore it was very rewarding to hear how pleased the staff were whilst visiting the centre again!

Private and Insurance work

SR Building Solutions are also available to carry out all private jobs from groundworks through to decoration and everything in between. This could include:

This project includes maintenance framework for Merthyr Tydfil Housing Association. This work includes:

  • Emergency repairs and maintenance

  • Planned maintenance works such as garden renovations

  • Void property work

  • Kitchen and bathroom renovations

  • Any other building, plastering and decoration works

Taff Housing Association

This project includes a void refurbishment complete for our key client Taff Housing Association. This work included: 

  • Plywood Flooring

  • Vinyl Flooring

  • Window Handles Changed

  • Renewed Glazing

  • Ply Flush and Fire doors installed

  • Renewed Skirting

  • New shower head

  • New toilet seat

  • Renewed extractor fan

  • Full redecoration 

Merthyr Valleys Homes

This project includes maintenance framework for the housing association Merthyr Valleys Homes. This work includes:

  • Emergency repairs and maintenance

  • Planned maintenance works such as garden renovations

  • Void property work

  • Kitchen and bathroom renovations.
